Nothing at all, never opt for this hotel ever.

Worst experience ever. No fan or air conditioner in the room the weather is very hot and humid in Paris nowadays, very smelly washrooms. Total waste of money.

Our stay wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t that good either.

Its proximity to the train station, the kind staff and the delicious breakfast.

Our room was very hot and without an air conditioner or a fan. My roommate and I could barely sleep on the first night. In the shower, the soap dispenser was not working. We had to use our own soap.

Magnifique

L’espace est calme, propre et très confortable. Tout est bien organisé et on s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, ce qui permet de passer une nuit agréable et reposante. L’accueil était très bien assuré par une jeune femme qui nous a chaleureusement reçus. Son comportement était agréable et professionnel. À l’occasion du Nouvel An, elle a offert un cadeau à ma mère, ce qui a été un très beau geste pour nous et un vrai plus pour l’hôtel.

Très mauvaise expérience – à éviter !

Personnel très désagréable, peu aimable et pas du tout professionnel. L’hôtel était sale, tant dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Rien à voir avec ce qui est présenté en ligne. Expérience très décevante, je ne reviendrai pas et je l’ai déjà déconseillé à mon entourage.

Un des professionnels qui une barbe est très raciste, je lui ai demandé de me parler avec respect et de me vouvoyer il m’a dit ( je suis poli plus que toi) à la présence d’un ami ambassadeur qui est venu me voir. J’ai aussi remarqué à l’hôtel on parle mal aux personnes de coulures noires.

l acceuil fut assez glacial avec une hotesse pas tres sympathique me faisant payer 2 fois la taxe de sejour alors que j etais seul alors que tout les hotels parisiens respectent ce critere..... et le petit dejeuner bcp trop cher il faudrait qu il vaille 8 a 9 euros comme partout dans des hotels comparables parisiens

Rien trop cher et pas propre personnel pas aimable on a réservé une chambre pour 4/5 personnes et j’ai dû repayer une chambre car le standardiste ne voulais pas qu on soient 5 sachant qu on avaient un lit parapluie . La prochaine fois je payerais plus cher pour avoir plus de luxe
