Very comfortable stay in a calm neighborhood

The apartment is very well furnished and has everything one might need. It is in the outskirts of the city, around 10 minutes with the bike from the center, so not 5 but it is also fine :) Mattresses are comfy and the terrace was amazing for an open air dinner with our friends.

Oil and vinegar were sadly finished as well as the shower gel. It would have been a plus to have some. In the departure morning we got a message saying we had to pack the dishwasher away and bring bins down which delayed our exit with the bikes a bit as we didn’t think we would have to do that. Unless it is a huge mess behind you, I would expect that to be okay to be left behind.

Estoy acostumbrada a viajar en familia y esta estancia no fue para nada de mi agrado. Es un piso en el que, si te quedas con una familia, no funciona en absoluto. Los armarios están cerrados con llave, por lo que no puedes colgar la ropa; únicamente te ofrecen unos cajones. Hay lavadora y secadora, pero la secadora también está cerrada con llave y no se puede usar. Viajé con mi familia, éramos 5 personas durante 8 días, y no pude lavar la ropa. Solo nos ofrecieron un perchero para colgarla, en una ciudad donde casi no sale el sol, con temperaturas de hasta -2-4 °C y una humedad cercana al 80 %. La cocina está muy mal equipada: solo tiene una sartén y lo mínimo imprescindible para poder servir una comida básica. No es una cocina funcional. El anfitrión, además, es pésimo; sus respuestas son engañosas y da la sensación de que se burla del huésped. En el anuncio indica que está a pocos minutos del centro, pero la realidad es que está en las afueras: a unos 45 minutos, y casi 20 minutos en coche o autobús. No compensa en absoluto pagar casi 1.000 euros por 8 días para alojarse en estas condiciones. A esto se suma el problema de la humedad, que provoca malos olores constantes. Cada vez que se abre la puerta, el piso huele a cañería. Para colmo, me pidieron un depósito de 350 euros que supuestamente devolverían de inmediato. Dejé la estancia el viernes y, después de más de una semana, sigo esperando el reembolso, con excusas relacionadas con el banco. En definitiva, una experiencia pésima. No lo recomiendo para nada.

In einen der Schlafzimmer ist das Licht zu dunkel. Der Backofengriff ist sehr klebrig. Es müsste gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Heerlijk appartement, fijne locatie net buiten het stadscentrum. Prima bereikbaar door OV. Balkon/dakterras is helemaal top!

Pratique et calme pour visiter le centre de Strasbourg

Le calme, le nombre de chambres, l’emplacement

La salle de bain avec moisissures et une odeur prégnante, très désagréable, l’absence de torchon, essuie-tout, grille pain, la vétusté du canapé, la présence de draps séchant dans la chambre enfant.

Super Lage,stylisch eingerichtet, super geeignet für einen Städtetrip!!

Die gute Lage Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ganz in der Nähe Bäcker und Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar!! Und der schöne Balkon.

Das Laminat geht an einigen Stellen auseinander. Für vier Personen super geeignet ,für fünf Personen sind die Schlafplätze und das Bettzeug begrenzt.

Ausstattung - Komfort vor allem die Sanitäranlagen und die Küche sind das Herzstück der Wohnung

Der erste Eindruck, den man hat (Treppenhaus und Eingang), vor allem der muffige Geruch ist leider enttäuschend zu bemerken☹️

Séjour strasbourg 2024

Appartement à 2 arrêt de tram de Strasbourg centre. Pratique si pas de voiture. Boîte à clé pratique.

Pas de commerces et restaurants ouverts le 26 décembre jours de notre arrivée à 18h30.. Pas top heureusement en marchant on a trouvé une pizzeria...la literie du lit d'appoint pas confortable. A notre arrivée un côté de la table abîmé rien pour réparer... Pas de liste pour les ustensibles... on a chercher la notice pour la télé... impossible d'avoir les chaînes normales... produits et linge de maison restreints pour le prix de la location un peu excessif. Quartier pas très propre et pas animé et le parc d'enfants ne pas y mettre les pieds...
