The location is even more amazing than the photos show. The lake is just beautiful. Our kids loved going down to the dock and watching ducks. It was a great central location to everything we wanted to do- we certainly had to drive but typically not more than 20 minutes. For two small families we loved the 3 bedroom arrangement (especially with the bunk bed situation for the kids!)
The inside of the house could certainly benefit from more frequent deep cleaning. If you do not like very firm/hard beds, this may not be for you.

We loved the location and the quiet. We love preserved properties from any decade.
It wasn’t as clean as I was hoping. I would recommend a deep clean of everything.
