We loved our stay in this comfortable house with spectacular water views from every room. We especially enjoyed kayaking on Somes Sound and doing the Acadian Mountain hike (a short drive from the house.) The house was well-supplied with everything we needed. A thoroughly wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved staying at this home. Every component was so thoughtful, and it was easy to tell how much the owners cared about the property and the local area. The kitchen was well-stocked, as were the (very clean!) bedrooms and bathrooms. There were plenty of activities nearby, as Echo Lake is right around the corner and Southwest Harbor is down the road. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock in the mornings and evenings and brought our kayak to paddle around Somes Sound. All in all an amazing place to enjoy everything that Mount Desert Island has to offer — thank you!
