Location was great - very close to old Town and the beach (note walking back from town is uphill, so carrying loads of stuff for the beach may get a bit heavy). It was clean, good views of the ocean, well fitted kitchen and good bathroom. Had WiFi and big TV. It's perfectly setup for couples. It can sleep 4 (2 on sleeper couch) but it may get a bit cramped for 4 adults. It really depends what you want out of it. If it's a base for sleeping and the rest of the time you're on the beach and out on the town - it's great. We never found free parking in front of property - busy road - had to park in paid parking behind flat.
No double glazing on front windows (that we could see) so noise isolation was limited. Car noise was OK, but drunk/rowdy people walking by late at night and early mornings (2am - 3am) - extremly loud to the point of waking everybody up.
