Check-in was easy. The location was great, perfect balcony view of the sea and by the sights we wanted to check out. The bedrooms and living room was nice and spacious for four of us. The hosts were very helpful and communicative and let us check in early as we arrived earlier than we expected. Parking was easy to find at the recommended spot by Poundstretcher which was a short walk away from the flat (£15 for 24 hours, but you can't extend, so we parked at Morrisons the next day £6 for 24 hours).
The lift and stairwell always smelled unpleasant of cigarettes and mildew maybe?
Inside the flat there was only one kitchen knife which was blunt so we were limited in what we could do to prepare our meals, but plenty of other cooking utensils and crockery. Bring your own dishwasher tablets.

We would have liked to open the balcony door in living room but the gap at the bottom of the railing was quite big and our little granddaughter could have fallen through

One night in Margate to see Human League at Dreamland. Perfect for 6 adults, easy access, ideal location, pretty quiet given the location. Spacious, high ceilings, a faint seaside grandeur, with the main beach over the road from the balcony. Decent facilities and bathroom. Beds were functional metal frames but pretty comfy. Flat is on top of Xylo, a favourite Margate bar (closes at 11).
Slightly warn feel but was clean and tidy. Window coverings aren’t really curtains so take an eye mask if you need one for sleeping.
