Съотношението цена-качество е добра. Има си собствена баня и тераса, което е голям плюс. Беше чисто и ни настаниха дори малко след часа за настаняване. Като цяло е една 3-4 етажна къща с няколко стаи. Ние само спахме там буквално, така че ни устройва.
В края на града е. Няма климатик, но на нас не ни трябваше, въпреки че беше лято, там е доста хладно.
