Loved our stay!! Perfect location for tourists, very safe and quiet in the rooms, and steps away from the subway station that connects you to everything. We had a few requests that were answered very quickly, staff was awesome.

My stay at LUMA Hotel Times Square was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction felt genuine, and they truly made us feel taken care of.
The cleanliness of the hotel was top-tier — the rooms were spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in the details.
And the location? PRIME. Being right in Times Square made everything so convenient — restaurants, shopping, Broadway shows — all just steps away. You really can’t beat it.
The only small con I’d mention is the pillows. They were a bit too soft for my liking — honestly, four pillows equaled one regular pillow lol. But even with that minor issue, this is still a 5-star experience in my book.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with parking and baggage when the road to the hotel was closed due to a street fair that we were not aware of. The Aperi Bar had fantastic service and exceptional food!! We are still thinking about our meal days later. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet with all the amenities needed. Highly recommended!
