    Great spot nice and clean. Due to location can be a bit noisy at night but then again if your looking for dead quiet don't stop on beach road. Really clean and the staff are spot on

    The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue during our stay at Mera Mare Pattaya Hotel was that the toilet became blocked several times. I believe this may be an ongoing issue affecting the building. I hope the management will address this serious matter to prevent inconvenience and complaints from future guests. Thank you.

    Extremely disappointing stay - rude staff and zero hospitality I had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences at Miramaray Hotel, Pattaya. We stayed for just one night with my family, in two rooms, and had already prepaid the entire stay through Agoda, including breakfast. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant. I had requested adjacent rooms for my family, which was immediately denied without any attempt to accommodate the request. More importantly, the attitude of the staff - particularly the receptionists - was extremely rude and unwelcoming. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or warmth throughout our stay. The deposit was handled in a particularly uncomfortable manner. The staff were extremely insistent about collecting it, and the overall way it was communicated made us feel as though the deposit was primarily being treated as an opportunity to penalise guests later. The worst part was the checkout experience. At around 11:50 AM, we received a call telling us that we had to vacate by 12 PM and that if we did not leave within those few minutes, money would automatically be deducted from our deposit. Within roughly ten seconds of the call, someone was sent to our room to collect our belongings. We were effectively being threatened with a deduction if we did not vacate within ten minutes. A simple, polite reminder about checkout would have been completely sufficient. The manner and urgency with which this was handled was extremely disrespectful. The breakfast was another disappointment. There were no proper vegetarian options in the buffet, and the overall spread had very little variety and was not particularly good. We had specifically prepaid for breakfast, so this was especially disappointing. The complimentary drink that the hotel advertises was also extremely underwhelming and did little to compensate for the overall experience. The room corridors and common areas, particularly on the second floor where we stayed, were extremely dingy and did not give the impression of a well-maintained or welcoming hotel. I do want to acknowledge two people who were exceptions: the gentleman at the entrance was genuinely nice and helpful, and the chef preparing eggs at breakfast was extremely polite and courteous. Unfortunately, their behaviour was very different from that of most of the other staff we encountered, including the bellboy and reception staff. As Indian guests, we unfortunately came away feeling particularly unwelcome. I cannot say what the staff’s intention was, but the repeated rudeness and lack of basic courtesy made us feel as though Indian guests were not particularly welcome at the property. Overall, there was very little about this stay that felt hospitable or enjoyable. I would not recommend Mira Mare Hotel, particularly to Indian travellers or families looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Pattaya. There are plenty of other hotels where guests can expect basic courtesy, professionalism and hospitality.
