    I stayed at the Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel for a few nights and overall had a really solid experience. The location is one of the biggest pluses. It’s right on Beach Road, just across the street from the beach, so you can walk over in a couple of minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and markets nearby, and Walking Street is only a short ride away. It felt very convenient without being right in the middle of the noisiest part of town. My room was clean, spacious, and modern — I stayed in one of the newer-style rooms and was happy with it. The bed was comfortable, the air-con worked well, and having a balcony was a nice touch. Some rooms have sea views, which I’d recommend requesting if you can. The hotel has two pools, and both were well maintained. One is more relaxed, while the other has slides and is better if you’re travelling with kids. Breakfast was better than I expected — a decent buffet with a good mix of Thai and international options. Staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the people at the front desk and restaurant were polite and efficient. The only real downside was some noise from the surrounding area, especially in the evenings. It’s not constant, but you can hear bars and traffic if you’re on a lower floor facing the road. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a higher floor or a quieter room. Would I stay here again? Yes. It’s a good mid-range option with a great location, clean rooms, and solid facilities. Not the most luxurious hotel in Pattaya, but it offers good value and is a comfortable base for exploring the city.

    I booked and didn't check which building. The Dee tower/building is the newer one. The Chic tower is an older one. The room layout was weird. You had a bed but the tv was on the side of the bad. So you can't even watch tv in bed. You dont have power outlets next to your bes either. The flooring was starting to show its age. I think the ac is not doing its job of dehumidifying the place. The room is big but felt like time was not kind to this room. I don't like the layout and felt like I was in the past. Please book the Dee building instead since it was renovated earlier. Gym was also old as hell. Pool looks nice though but again, it has seen better days.
