The hotel is technically beach side, and in between where a lot of people want to be. I liked the pool and the restaurant. really awesome market restaurant next to the hotel
This hotel is long and skinny, it covers an entire block. So if you get the basic rooms, it is still a 4 minute walk to the beach, If you get an upgraded room, your are a 8 minute walk to the beach.

The room was nice and you have access to the resort on both the Pattaya Beach Road and 2nd Road. Everything was very decent. The room, shower, wifi, balcony etc. If you want to have fun at Soi Six that is all on walking distance.
It has definitely seen better times and it could use a lick of paint. I found the shape of the entire resort very odd because its a very long thin strip of land between Pattaya Beach Road and 2nd Road. It didn't give me a holiday vibe. The place should probably be sold and demolished so something new and better can be rebuilt instead.
