Great location at Pattaya central. Walking distance to soi 6. Taking songthaew back to hotel is easy. 7 eleven right opposite the hotel. The new big 7 eleven is also within walking distance from hotel.

Big Samsung smart tv with lots of international channels. U won't feel bored staying in the room whole day. Probably the only budget hotel I stayed that provide such a good tv and sofa. Black out curtain on the windows not able to block the sunlight as there are gaps at the top of curtain. Suggest to have a side table on the left side of the bed so that I can place my phone when charging. And also for tv and aircon remote controls.

The first was the aircon blows right onto the bed. Regardless of swing or vent directional settings the bed area was an uncomfortable whirlwind of air turbulence. The Low fan setting was unusually strong The second failure. A group of a dozen Indian holiday makers occupied five plus rooms on my hall. I politely begged and pleaded dozens of times for: please stop shouting down the hall room to room; please close the door so the room party noise is contained. Three totally sleepless nights. I accused one guest that it was evident in his eyes he was on meth and or cocaine. He covered his face in shame and retreated to his room to hide. They thought they’d be clever and claimed I was the one making the disturbance. I cancelled an additional one month’s booking in week three. The hotel would do nothing other than offer me a room change to escape the 5 Indians with 1 prostitute in one room whooping and hollering coming and going from the room. I could hear them yelling and slamming doors two floors away from the refuge room offered their last night. The stench from their frying food in a large amount of boiling oil was reported as a fire hazard. My last hotel sent a security team to shut down a big Indian room party. This hotel seemed to fear any confrontation of guests having raucous loud room liquor parties. I asked for a partial refund and was ignored. I’m chalking this up to bad luck. If you want to scream and yell all night in a drug and alcohol fueled room party with a dozen friends and go wild. This IS the place. Office clueless when TM30 immigration report requested. I did not feel safe as I had a whole floor of wild animals keep me awake 3 nites in a row. I felt ill from lack of sleep. I wrote the hotel a long email: ignored.
