    I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location at the northern end of Pattaya Beach, and the rooftop pool and restaurant have always been highlights of my stays. Unfortunately, this time there were a few issues that affected the experience. The rooftop restaurant appears to have been undergoing renovations for more than 11 months, which seems like an unusually long time. The pool bar also doesn’t appear to be as well serviced as it used to be, particularly when it comes to the food and drinks selection. At present, the bar only offers a couple of beer options and no cocktails, which is disappointing for a 4.5-star hotel, particularly around a rooftop pool where guests would reasonably expect a better range of drinks and food. Overall, the hotel is still very nice and I would normally recommend it, but management really needs to address the ongoing renovations and improve the pool bar’s food and beverage offering to bring the experience back up to the standard you would expect from a 4.5-star property.

    Stayed here a few times and it was great, however seems to be slipping a bit, breakfast used to be great but its a bit tired with the same stuff day after day, even some things dont turn up. The staff are really good 5 star, but I sort of want to watch a bit of you tube ect and its almost impossible with constant buffering, they put us on the soi side and the beer bars are very noisy not stopping to 4am so your not sleeping. Probably if it a night or two its ok, any longer its probably not the place to stay

    We did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff and employees were uncooperative, and we were required to pay a deposit for every night of our stay. They seemed to be excessively focused on issuing violations and fines for even the smallest matters. Honestly, in my entire life, I have never experienced such treatment from a five-star hotel.
