The hotel offers facilities for children, but surprisingly, even basic children’s amenities are not readily available. For example, children’s cutlery, such as spoons and forks, was not provided and had to be specifically requested. There was also no dedicated food station or food corner for children. The towel service was also very disappointing. We requested additional towels several times, but they were not delivered until housekeeping eventually came to clean the room. By that time, the children were already wet and needed the towels. Even after requesting extra towels again, they still were not brought to us. We also asked the front desk whether a late check-out would be possible, but we were told that check-out could only be extended until 12:00 noon. For a hotel that promotes itself as family-friendly and provides facilities for children, we expected much better attention to the basic needs of families traveling with young children. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet our expectations.
