    hotel is fine, right in front of the beach. honestly there were so many little cockroach, we stayed 1 night so weren't fussy about it as we were out till late at night

    My Personal Review In my personal opinion, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to Indian travellers. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location on Beach Road and the sea view. However, you can enjoy the view only if you book an Executive Suite or a higher-category room. Apart from the location, there is nothing particularly impressive about the hotel. Some of the major issues we experienced were: - There is no bellboy or luggage assistance, so guests have to carry their own luggage to their rooms. - Basic amenities such as toilet soap, toothbrush kits, and shaving kits are not provided. - The hotel never informed us that housekeeping services are available only between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. When we requested room cleaning in the evening, our request was refused. - The telephone in our room was not functioning. - An additional room key requires a 300 Baht security deposit. - The breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was no buffet; instead, guests were served a fixed breakfast. There were virtually no vegetarian options for Indians except bread and a couple of slices of watermelon. Even an extra glass of juice was not provided. - The hotel provides only small bottles of liquid body wash and shampoo as toiletries. - The service was below expectations. We requested hand towels, which were visibly available on the housekeeping trolley, but the staff refused to provide them. - Guests are not allowed to wait in the cafeteria and are instead asked to sit only in the reception area. Overall, I found the service to be poor and not worth the room tariff. The rates appear to be high solely because of the hotel's location on Beach Road rather than the quality of its facilities or hospitality. For Indian travellers, particularly vegetarians, I would strongly advise looking for another hotel that offers better service, proper amenities, and more suitable breakfast options.
