Stayed at Bella Villa many times now, because it's good value for money, staff is always helpful and rooms are always clean.

Around 9–10 AM, while we were still sleeping, a staff member suddenly opened our room door without knocking or any warning. Our check-out time was 11 AM, so we were extremely shocked and uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology or explanation for this inappropriate behavior. We were so disappointed and uncomfortable with the experience that we decided to check out earlier than planned. This was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately, it greatly affected our impression of the hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Bella Villa Prima Hotel. The location is exceptionally convenient—situated in a peaceful area yet close to the beach, local markets, and popular attractions. The staff were remarkably warm, polite, and always eager to help, which made my experience feel very welcoming.

Pros: -Friendly and helpful staff -Attractive Pool Area -Maintenance is fairly quick -Location is excellent Cons: -I paid significantly extra for a deluxe room, based on the pictures (dual sliding doors, two aircons) but got a smaller deluxe room with only one set of doors, and one aircon. -The aircon is either too weak or too old for the size of the room. -The sliding glass doors are very annoying to close. I don't know if they are old/poor upkeep, or just extremely cheap. I had to have maintenance come by twice over 3 weeks. The second time, they took the door all the way off and "fixed" it. It was much better than before, but still difficult to close. -The WIFI is terrible, and unsecured. Frequently goes out, and even when it is working, it's a lot slower than data. If you don't have a SIM card with unlimited data, and are relying on WIFI, do NOT stay here.
