I had no expectations with the hotel, but the service is good.. They change and clean everyday which is a surprise.. room service is good. The only exception will be finding staff at front desk at nights will depend on your luck..

The room was great, the bathroom was great, even had a good balcony overlooking the water. The Cons, they had mopped the room with a sour mop so the room smelled the entire night. The AC was set at 16 but the room never cooled and it was very humid. Third, I went down to let them know about the floor and the AC, the front desk clerk was on the phone and I thought she was with a customer so I stood there and waited for 5 minutes. Well she ignored me. And my time wife told me all she was doing was talking to a friend about where they were going to go eat and what restaurants were good and what was not while ignoring me a customer. She finally looked up at me. Acknowledge me and went back to her phone call. If they can replace her or retrain, (I'd replace), fix the AC and get a new mop. The place would be perfect. As an old hotel and restaurant manager (amongst other things), people will forgive something if it's not completely clean. They will even forgive if the food isn't completely proper, but people seldom forgive bad service.
