Day 1 After travelling for nearly six hours, all we wanted was to check into our rooms and relax. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the manager informed us that our rooms were unavailable because the hotel was fully booked. We were offered an upgrade, but this meant staying in a different building. Unfortunately, the upgraded rooms were not ready at 3:00 p.m. either, and we were unable to access our rooms until around 4:00 p.m., an hour after the official check-in time. Day 2 One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was not because of the price, but because it advertised having a private beach. My family went to the beach and entered the sea, only to discover that the seabed was covered with extremely sharp shells. I stepped on one, badly cutting my foot, which caused me to fall and suffer cuts to my knee, leg, and hand. My son also cut his foot, although fortunately his injury was less severe. I was bleeding quite heavily, so at around 8:00 a.m. I went to the towel station to look for assistance. There were no staff members present and no visible first aid kit available. After this incident, we decided not to enter the sea again, which was very disappointing because the beach itself is in a beautiful location. Day 3 My family went for breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and were told that the main breakfast restaurant was full, so we were directed to a second dining room. Initially, I thought this was understandable. However, the second room was very disappointing. It was dark, relied on portable fans instead of air conditioning, and offered only about half the food selection available in the main restaurant. The staff advised us to walk back to the first restaurant to collect any items that weren't available in the second room and then return. This seemed unnecessarily inconvenient and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Later that afternoon, while swimming in the pool, I was approached by a member of staff and asked to leave because they believed I was not wearing appropriate swimwear. In fact, I was wearing proper swimming attire and complied with the hotel's dress code. Day 4 Fortunately, my final day at the hotel was much better. However, I couldn't help noticing that many other guests were wearing clothing that clearly did not meet the stated pool dress code, yet none of them were asked to leave the swimming pool as I had been. Overall Although the hotel has an excellent location and some positive features, my stay was overshadowed by several disappointing experiences: delayed check-in, safety concerns on the beach, the lack of basic first aid assistance, inconsistent breakfast standards, and what appeared to be inconsistent enforcement of the hotel's swimming pool rules.
