    Great room, pool, bar and restaurant excellent. Easy to walk around Pattaya from there, close to shopping, easy to get taxis to out of the way places. Quiet even though close to main road. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very helpful.

    Had a one night stay here with a family of 3. The concerige staff (older) was rude. No smile and wasn't welcoming. Gave her my printed booking document with my passport and later she asked for 2 passports. Later on she asked if there are 3 ppl staying and asked why I gave 2 passports when there are 3 ppl. Some hotels dont require all passports to be presented, further more she asked for 2, she didnt check my booking details and assumed 2 persons staying. The staff could have asked for passports in a nicer way. When checking out, another concerige staff told us to wait at the sitting area for 5mins as they needed to check the room. Waited for more than 5mins and the car I booked already arrived so went to the counter to check with the staff and turned out they had finished checking already. Not apologetic at all, bad service. The room is not clean at all, tables are so greasy. Disappointed. One good thing is the location. Don't know if this is truly a 4 star hotel.
