Rooms were clean and spacious, and cleaning staff were pleasant. My only complaints were that there’s no physical receptionist, and that accessing the hotel can be difficult in the evenings.
The digital code did not work one evening, requiring me to make a roaming call with their staff to resolve the issue. The issue was eventually resolved when staff provided a separate code for a physical key box to access the hotel entrance. Needless to say, it was unnecessary to pay for international roaming calls just to access the hotel.
Recommendation: Have a WhatsApp compatible number for guests to call staff, and ensure digital code is accessible 24/7.
