Great location. Loved the terrace so we could have dinner outside.
The room was tiny, but to be fair, we had a extra bed for our big kid so that was to be expected. The toilet did smell abit and there is no pool as was pictured on the photos

The location was great! Right next to the movida street, but also a quiet place. So amazing to reach places to have some fun, close enough to the centre, but great to relax too. The room was clean and well equipped, maybe a bit small. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us the information we asked for before we arrived and then check in and check out were all digital and automatic. They let us leave our luggage in the luggage room for free.
The bathroom was essential, small, but clean.

Location is good
The kitchen facilities were extremely poor. The microwave was unusable. The kettle was rusty. The cleaning staff used it to cook food. Luckily, I gave it to the staff on duty, otherwise they would have thought I had used it. The pots didn't have proper lids. There were no cooking seasonings. It didn't meet the standards of a guesthouse.
