Location is great, everything that you need is near. Special compliments to the owner - he was very thoughtful, checked up on us a few times to see if we needed anything and helped us find our lost keys very early in the morning.
I would totally recommend!

The room is in a prime location, in the very heart of Valletta's old town. The Host is very helpful, and also lives in the same building. The room was large, would have easily accommodated 4 people, and the price was very cheap, even during the Winter festivities.
As other reviewers mention, it's on a 4th floor without elevator. This is clearly stated both in the description and in the reviews, so no surprises. But I cannot give a perfect score for comfort, sorry.

Convenient location. Air conditioning was great.
Initially we were very disappointed. The fridge did not work but the owner agreed to replace it so on the second day we had a lovely little fridge that kept our water cold - essential as we were there during a heatwave, and climbing up to the 4th floor is a killer and you need a cold drink when you make it to the top! All the other reviews regarding lack of soundproofing in the bathroom, having to wash the dishes in the bathroom handbasin, etc, are true. There is no balcony or view, despite the description.
