    Nice room in an area close by Don Quijote(small), Dotour, Life Supermarket, 7-11, restaurants and Family Mart. Room is bigger than typical Japanese hotel and by the yamanote line so easy for commute. The down turn would be the room doesn’t contain noise at all. And the WiFi doesn’t always work. Other than that good, we took premium taxi (alphard) from the hotel to Keisei ueno for only slightly 2,000 jpy.

    The hotel is located a station above ueno station, within the yamanote line. It is in an urban local neighborhood area and its sound and peaceful. The room is nice, not that big but spacious. Staff is very friendly, speaks english and provides basic amenities and the kimono/yukata. Recommend this place to stay! Worth it

    The most uncomfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. If you're unlucky enough to get a room on one of the lower floors, be prepared for constant noise - the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. You can hear footsteps, conversations, luggage being dragged, and just about every other noise from above your room. The rooms themselves are clean, well-equipped, and the staff genuinely tried their best to accommodate guests. Unfortunately, none of that makes up for the poor sound insulation. Considering the price, it simply isn't worth the money. ):
