    We will come back again if we are heading to Ams. It has own suttle bus up n down airport to hotel wic is very2 convenient to explore Amsterdam. Breakfsst was great. Nothing to complain.

    Hyatt Place | Room 336 Booking: 5758535291 Check-in: 25 July | Check-out: 27 July Very disappointing experience with Hyatt Place. On 25 July, I reported to two hotel staff members during their evening rounds that the safe in my room was not working. They checked it themselves, confirmed that it was broken, and told me an engineer would repair it the following morning. The safe was never repaired. On 26 July, before leaving the hotel, I placed my AirPods 4, inside their charging case, in the safe. On 27 July, immediately after checkout, I discovered they were missing. I called the hotel that same evening and was instructed to send an email, which I did promptly. For approximately one week, Apple Find My continued showing the AirPods at the hotel. I repeatedly contacted the hotel, often multiple times a day, and provided screenshots and updated location information. Ion Berzan, Assistant Front Office Manager, initially told me that housekeeping could not locate them and that he had forwarded my email to the Housekeeping Manager. The following day, Naree Pakee-Itsara, Operations Manager, asked me for further details despite the fact that I had already provided the relevant information and screenshots. After several further emails, Vuvu Nsimba, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, suggested that I play a sound on the AirPods while they were showing at the hotel. I had already offered exactly this and had provided my mobile number so the hotel could coordinate with me in real time. Despite this, the AirPods were never recovered while they were still showing at the hotel. After the battery died, their last known location appeared at Zijlweg 245, 2015 CL Haarlem, where Find My indicated an apparent attempt to detect/use them. The AirPods 4 represent a financial loss of approximately €199. I cannot prove exactly who took them, but the circumstances are extremely concerning: a broken safe was reported and confirmed, it was never repaired, my valuables disappeared, their exact location remained at the hotel for days, and despite repeated contact and my offer to assist with a live sound search, they were not recovered. I also contacted Agoda regarding the incident. Which was also of no help. This was a very poor experience and, most importantly, a serious failure to provide timely assistance when there was still a realistic opportunity to recover my property.

    A simply perfect place to stay close to Amsterdam Airport ...... clean & spacious room, polite & helpful staff and a great breakfast menu.... we will definately stay here during our next visit

    Avg stay experience with cranky room size but somewhat specious bathroom. Staff didn’t feel welcoming. Best is the schipol airport shuttle. 10 min walk to Hoofddrof bus station. Our view was good from the room and thanks for that.
