I can honestly say this apartment was so lovely, ideally situated in the old town and easy for restaurants, the underground and shopping. I had two key emergencies which was out of hours and Gennaro was so helpful, went above and beyond. Aircon and shower superb.. and I really need to know where the bed mattress came from, probably the most comfortable ever.. if there was higher than 5 star rating I would give this. Thank you Santa Chiara Inn.. an amazing trip. I would just like to add I don't give a top ratings very often. Breakfast bar staff were friendly and I was a regular Aperol evening Spritz visitor too before dinner.
