The location was good if tricky to locate, as there are two parts to this hotel. We arrived late and had to use a self check-in. This was ok but without using a taxi it might have been difficult to find.
The location is very good for access to restaurants and bars, and not far from the metro, which is cheap and easy to use.
Room was a little small and supplied toiletries were minimal.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They were also understanding when we were a bit loud on one night, appreciating it was my birthday. The facilities were clean and modern. Location was brilliant! We were walking distance from everything and even uber didnt cost much.
The stairs. Unfortunately historic centre means no lifts so I had to walk 3 flights of stairs up to the suite. And my cousins had to walk up two flights of stairs to the standard rooms. If you have mobility issues I do not recommend this place.

Pretty good location. They did arrange my taxi for an early morning airport pickup
It needs updating. You need to be able to catty suitcases up and down stairs. I don’t know how it’s a hotel when my room was in an unmarked building , one street down.
