The room was well appointed and bright and comfortable
The lack of a front desk staff/ concierge. All correspondence needed to be done via text. But when I did need something, they did immediately address it. Loud location .only tea offered in the room no coffee.

The hotel has a perfect location - right next to Santa Chiara church, it is super close to restaurants and cafes and a big busy street if you want to explore the night life. It is quiet during the night, though on Friday evening it was a bit noisy but still not disturbing the sleep. The breakfast is very nice - located in a small cafe next to the hotel where the staff is super friendly. The hotel is part of a historic building but it is new and modern. The only downside is that there is no elevator but keeping in mind that it is on the second floor it is not big deal at all. During our stay there was a woman that was cleaning the room each morning. To sum up we definitely think the hotel is a perfect choice when you want to be close to the main attractions, popular restaurants and also public transportation if you need some (we preferred to walk around and explore the city).
Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay at the place and will recommend it to friends
