Wonderful accommodation in an authentic Neapolitan townhouse. The location is great, we practically walked everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful, communication was top notch. The best part was the beautiful rooftop where we spent our evenings.

Clean, quiet room in the historic part of Naples. Close to many restaurants and bars.
We were told there were four flights of stairs. We are in our 60s and managed ok but only book if you have a good heart and knees! I wouldn't recommend it for older tourists.

Very nicely decorated, clean and tidy.
Multiple sets of stairs to reach the property and not lift. Was okay for us but not suitable for accessibility

Great location. Friendly staff member who let us drop bags off early. Clean. Quirky - could be fun and sociable if you were in a group. Sun cream, packs of cards, hair products in shared area, which is nice.
Squeaky, uncomfortable bed with restrictive frame. Limited facilities in room (but shared facilities in main kitchen were okay). Curtains/blinds too small - let in light. Like a hostel.
