Sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Wir durften unsere Koffer am Abreisetag noch in der Gemeinschaftsküche abstellen. Immer wieder.
(Komischer Geruch aus den Wasserleitungen, altes Gebäude…)
Viele Stufen. Für uns ok, ältere Leute schwierig.

Ilaria a été super, nous avons pu intégrer la chambre plus tôt, a été tres arrangeante et nous a même aidé à monter la valise très lourde au 2eme etage. Très reactive par message. Chambre propre, bien rénovée, idéalement située en plein centre historique.

The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and the location was good with easy access to the main areas. The surrounding area felt quite rough and dirty, but once inside the apartment it was comfortable enough for our stay.
The host sent check-in instructions via WhatsApp which were helpful, but when we arrived we were met by an Italian woman who spoke no English, so we had to use Google Translate to communicate. The shower pressure was also quite weak. It was also reasonable priced.
One thing we didn’t realise from the listing was that the kitchen was shared with three other apartments, more like student accommodation, which put us off using the facilities during our two-night stay. On arrival we paid the tourist tax to the woman at the apartment, then on checkout the host messaged asking us to leave the tax payment, but once we explained we had already paid it, she apologised.
Overall, it did the job for a short stay and the apartment itself was fine.

Sehr gute Lage, alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und antwortet schnell & kurzfristig. Wir konnten auch spontan Abends den Check-In machen.
Leider von den vorherigen Gästen Haare in der Dusche sowie in den Badschränken.
Es handelt sich um ein Appartement mit mehreren Zimmern (direkt nebeneinander), man teilt sich somit die Küche.
