This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!).
Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable.
The room was large, incredibly clean and well/appointed… and the views from the patio were simply breathtaking.
Parking is available on-site with a prior reservation. Breakfast was ample and delicious, with lots of tasty baked goods and other traditional fare.
Don’t miss this wonderful boutique lodging option located a short distance north of Como on the road to Bellagio. You will NOT be disappointed!

The view is spectacular, very clean room and breakfast is great
The host, Donatella is fantastic, she went out of her way to help us with tours , transfers and dinner reservations

Great property, staff, extra food services. We were offered charcuterie cheese board and wine for both evenings.
The property location is for people who have a car or want to stay there and enjoy the view. It is too far to the boat and there are no side walks with narrow streets so can’t really go anywhere
