Beautiful location, right on the lake. Friendly and helpful owner, Sabrina. Nice, spacious bathroom with a great shower. Nicely appointed kitchen with tasty breakfast treats.
Parking was a bit of an issue. There are only two spots in front of the house, which were occupied for most of our stay. Alternative parking along Via Regina is a bit away and walking to reach it is an adventure for someone not used to walking along busy at times, narrow road, without a sidewalk.

Great location, on the Lake.
My room did not have a toilet in it, had to cross the hall way to use it.
