Absolutely amazing! What a beautiful and comfortable place. The staff at both the hotel were lovely and helpful. I highly recommend! They have bikes you can borrow, I would suggest taking them for a ride in the nearby paths.

The grounds of the property are very pretty and we liked how the room was decorated, but, unfortunately, this didn't make up for the negatives. The bathroom was great, but the bed sheets had some stains and quite a few hairs, the carpet was also dirty in places. Additionally, we felt as if the staff member who checked us in could have been friendlier/more polite - they answered the phone in the middle of us talking, with no apology (some staff members were nicer though).

Gorgeous boutique hotel nestled in the French countryside with beautiful grounds. We crossed a small bridge over a charming brook from the car park to reach our room. Very clean, well appointed accommodations. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this property specifically because there was a restaurant that was supposed to be very good. We had been traveling for two weeks and didn’t want to drive anywhere. However, upon check in we were told the restaurant was closed for a private event and dining in was not possible. We had to drive to a small town nearby for dinner. The room was sufficient but there were a number of items which included no instructions, such as towel warmer, skylight window that was open and we had to search for the remote to close it. There were a few other annoyances. We just didn’t feel value for what we paid. If we had known we couldn’t have dinner there, we would have stayed somewhere else. Plus we had to leave at 7:30 to catch our flight at CDG and no breakfast was available. All other places we stayed had breakfast at 7:00 a.m.

If you have a really nice building, it doesn't mean its also a good hotel. We arrived on Sunday afternoon. After a long drive, would have been nice to find something to eat. No way. Hotel bar? closed till 6. Can we have a glass of wine? No. So made coffee in the room, and went to the deck. After some search, i even found the seats for the deck chairs. Went back to the bar 6.15.. the bartender is not here yet. Can we have a glass of wine? No, wait for bartender.. After he arrived around 6.30, we could only order a cocktail.. could not understand why, as there was a wine safe and wine in a refrigerator... Although everyone was friendly, this is no service.. Decided to try the restaurant.. it is overpriced somewhat, but the wine.. ok, 50 euro for a bottle of white is normal in a restaurant. As we don't drink a lot (2 glasses are fine for me with dinner), i asked for wine per glas. 20 euro for a glass (10cc). No, that is a rip-off. Breakfast room was cold. On arriving we found 4 small croissants. Had to wait 20 min before someone fills up.. So no, we will not be going back. It is a really nice place, but the service is useless.

Nothing was too much trouble for this excellent establishment. We had a very relaxing overnight stay in tranquil surroundings, with a superb meal in the evening, en route to our house in the Limousin. Exceptional service , particularly in these troubled times. We will definately return.

This was an amazing property. So lovely. A little river runs through the middle cutting the property in half. They have an indoor pool. Lots of little hidden places to explore with the kids. Rock driveway.
