The receptionist, Eliana, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and good fun.
Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet.
Free REAL coffee 24 hours in lobby was terrific.
Coffee machine in room a bit dodgy more than once. And room was a bit cold and didn't respond to the controls. Good, strong hot water.

It is a great value for the price. Near Atocha, museums, and metro stations. The room was minimalist but more than adequate. No breakfast is offered but there is a refrigerator in the room and a complimentary coffee machine in lobby, in addition to the expresso machine in the room.
