The staff was amazing. Outstanding Staff Front Desk Woman from Venezuela was spectacular
The Showers were clogged up

Location was very goo, very near the Barrio de Letras and local museums. The room was clean, small. The bathroom clean as well, although it needed some repairs, specially in the ceilling.
The floor being to dammaged and the bathroom ceilling being too dammaged as well.

The refrigerator in the room was not cooling. Cathy let us store some items in the refrigerator at the reception desk.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly! The room was very clean too.
The single room was over-priced for what it contained. There was no door on the bathroom and had only 1 toilet role. It was really expensive given the really limited facilities.
