    Large room with decent hotel facilities. Location was good for its price and close to public transport. The room was musky from the air conditioning

    Excellent service by staff. Room was a good size and sofa bed had been made for my child upon check in. Bathroom door is clear glass so everything is in full view to others in the room if they come over to the double sink to wash up. Striking decor with a black and red theme.

    It was a good hotel close to The Atocha train station - got a nice rooftop bar - can walk to many of the main attractions - a modern hotel - only issues were the TV had wrong name and I could stream my content to another room - this is poor security

    The stay was ok, however the AC never worked as expected, when requesting help they said I was not using the AC correctly, a guy went to the room and said the temperature will lower within an hour, that didn't happen and we continued to not enjoy our stay. A friend of mine stayed for a lot less money nearby and was able to have functioning AC, which, during the summer is the most important amenity, I won't be coming back to this place.
