We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. There was no door for privacy to the shower, we had our adult daughter with us, so we had to take turns waiting outside whilst the other showered! The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper, after messaging the owner he told us to go to the main house to get more toilet paper, but there was none there either! There was tea/coffee but no kettle. Poor quality breakfast and nowhere to eat it in our room, so we had to carry all our breakfast to the main house balcony to eat it. Room was not clean, cobwebs in toilet. There is no onsite parking as led to believe. Way too overpriced for the money we paid! Do not recommend!

Was not stated property is a sleep & go. Check is at 15:00 but got instructions to enter property after 18:30 a day late. Should send entry instructions the night before arrival.

When we arrived there was nobody on the property. We called and, after first getting a wrong number from one webpage, connected with the cell phone of the owner. While she was quite friendly, getting the passcode to unlock an empty building on a completely deserted property from an unknown person’s cell phone was uncomfortable. Further, the room that we eventually gained access to was far more bare bones than advertised. We decided to leave.

On arriving at the hotel and finding the place deserted I contacted the number supplied and was informed that this was a new concept hotel and that entry was via a keyed in code. We were informed that a code should have been sent via SMS prior to our arrival. After being sent a code we were informed that we were staying in Villa Oscar and not the Villa advertised on Hotel.com site. Villa Oscar which I would describe as an outbuilding was located in the front garden of the main property next to a very busy main road. This outbuilding was in poor condition and in my opinion not suitable for my family (wife and 3 children). After contacting the owner/agent and explaining that this wasn't the property advertised he agreed to move us to the main villa but due to space one of the children would have to sleep on the floor! He even had the audacity to ask for an additional 50 Euros. During the night there was continual noise with guests arriving and on being unable to enter their rooms due to no key code knocking on our door for information. After a very disturbed nights sleep we had breakfast which at sometime during the night had been left outside our room. The breakfast was not sufficient for a family of 5 and could have been picked up for less than 5 Euros. There was no free parking as advertised so my vehicle was left outside the property on a busy main road between a series of blind bends. Overall this property was horrendous and has been misleadingly advertised. Avoid!!!!
