Disappointing

clean. That is literally th e one positive thin I can think of.

Completely misleading. Nobody will welcome you. Poses as an hotel but no receptionist will be there. All access is through codes. No parking at the place. If there is an issue (like no water for the shower) , it requires dozens of texts exchanges with some person who simply will not take responsibility.

very pleasant room and internal facilities, beatiful old town (lots of steep hills).

this is an un maned hotel. they do have a good fresh selection of food in the fridge to make your own breakfast. you need to go out for other meals or purchase from a shop. very nice room and the building could be stunning.

the ash trays around the building and on balconies had not been emptied for months. the grounds were very un kept which is a shame as they could be lovely… maybe they are not able to get the staff to maintain the general upkeep.

Not pleasent

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Nobody there to greet us. Very dark. 'Bates Motel feel about the place. Another couple arrived about 1 o clock in the morning very noisy. Pillows a joke. Breakfast was DIY. No Toiletries. While a bath in the bedroom looks romantic, totally impractial and dangerous. Very disappointed. Would not stay again or recommend. Greated by the cleaning lady on departure. Will stop looking on Booking .com for accomadation. 😒

Disappointing

Clean room, good wifi.

The SMS with code needed to get in did not arrive. When, standing at the gate, we called to chase it, we were told that this sometimes happened with overseas mobile numbers (mine is UK). The French windows in the room would not close as the mechanism was broken. We called and left several messages, but had no response at all, so we had to sleep with them open. The breakfast was poor. I stayed at the same place last year when the pre-supplied stuff in the fridge was supplemented by delicious fresh bread and croissant but there was none of that this year.

L’endroit semble abandonné, les espaces extérieurs n’étaient pas entretenus. Terrasse et Espace verts (photos à l’appui). La chambre mis à part le lit fait. Frigo chaud avec un petit dej dedans (jus d’orange + lait à l’intérieur) Poils et cheveux dans la douche , Distributeur de savon vide. Mauvaise odeur en entrant dans la chambre (renfermé / humidité) . Obligation d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer. Aucun personnel sur place. Nous avons appelé l’établissement pour un remboursement ils nous ont dit de ne pas passer via votre site (Booking) /interface

Une chambre spacieuse moderne très bien équipée avec un petit déjeuner en autonomie qui dépanne bien et surtout une vue à couper le souffle sur le petit balconnet

Jardin pas entretenu et allée pas éclairée. Porte d'entrée à code difficile à ouvrir, propreté à revoir, pas d'eau chaude en période de canicule ,pas de télécommande pour la tv, pas de réponse de l hôte, petit dej minimaliste, tarif excessif

Nous étions contents que la femme de ménage soit présente. Chambres propres et spacieuses.

Très impersonnel Manque de chaleur Petit déjeuner ok et rien de plus, pas de pain frais et de fromage Dommage le jardin, pas entretenu Mon mari a payé à double, on attent toujours le remboursement du premier payement

Schöner Schein trügt leider.

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön. Eingangsbereich, Treppe und Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Im Zimmer war das TV-Gerät defekt. An der WC-Schiebetüre war außen der Drehgriff offensichtlich abgefallen. Beim Zuschieben schnappte der Türriegel ein und verschloss die Türe. Im Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine und im Wasserkocher war noch Restwasser vom Vormieter. Das angebotene Frühstück bestand aus 4 halben Brotscheibenund 6 kleinen Keksen (jeweils eingeschweist). Dazu waren im Kühlschrank noch kleine Flaschen mit Milch, Orangensaft und Wasser sowie zwei Minibecher mit Pfirsich und Apfel. Kaffee-Pads waren genügend vorhanden. Insgesamt sozusagen Selbstservice zum Frühstück. Ein Problem der Villa Fani ist, dass hier kein Ansprechpartner im Hause ist. Bei einer Rückfrage zum Frühstück sagte mir mein Vermieter, dass er rund 100 Kilometer entfernt wohne und verwies auf die Reinigungskraft, die gegen 10 Uhr ankam.

Bon sejour

La chambre est assez spacieuse. Une belle vue depuis la terrasse du jardin. Le grand lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner.

Il n'y a pas de porte pour séparer la douche de la chambre parentale. Il faudrai au minimum un rideau ou paravent.

Logement décevant à l'extérieur de la villa

Logement propre et bien situé, souplesse sur les départs/ arrivées

Nous étions logés dans un bungalow à l'écart de la villa, dont le standing était très loin de celui que l'on voit sur les photos de l'établissement , pour un prix du coup élevé au regard du logement
