Very quiet, surrounded by its own gardens. Excellent food, and friendly staff.

The building is older, and some parts need updating (tiny toilet was hard to get in and close the door, double glazing needed updating badly so the room felt a little damp).

Good location, disappointing stay

Well placed hotel, 5 minutes from the motorway and away from things, so nice and quiet.

We had the option of a twin room at booking, which we had chosen but we were given a double bed upon arrival, we are two friends. Two bottles of drinking water were in the fridge upon arrival but one had already been drunk from. There was no hot water for the sink (not even a tap that could change temperature it seemed) and no hot water at all for the shower. Not really a very good experience. Thankfully we were only staying one night. Breakfast was OK.

Peaceful & Relaxing

The welcome on arrival , Reception allocating our room not too far away from restaurant due to my slow mobility and arranging cool drinks for us on the patio. . Excellent private parking. A beautiful setting so very peaceful & tranquil. Restaurant exceptional & breakfast good all seating outside on the terrace. We felt so relaxed we stayed another night. Staff all very polite. Check out was very smooth. We will certainly return to this little gem and we highly recommend trying it.

A smart, chic hotel with a great restaurant

A really nice small hotel with wonderful gardens and a top class restaurant. Rooms were comfy and clean with a great bed and a really nice shower. Dog friendly and plenty of safe parking on site. Staff were lovely and breakfast is a self service style buffet. All in all a really nice stay in a smart hotel that’s easy to find and amazingly quiet given its location.

Disappointing, regarding Tesla charging situation.

The restaurant food was excellent.

They claim to be part of the Tesla Destination Charger network. This is not true, a payment of 25Euros is demanded on leaving.

Sufficient parking and low noise level at night.

The room partially did not match the description given. And allthough we had a reservation, the room was cold when we arrived, no heating just AC. Visible signs of usage on the walls and the window.

A. good place for a stopover with excellent dinner.

This is a good place for a stopover en route. The hotel is functional, on the outside of the town. It has nice grounds so set back from a busy road. The restaurant was the best feature, we enjoyed a very good meal.

The location. It was not what were expected. It is a relais du silence but I think the term is relative to the location.

relaxing setting a little off the beaten track outside of Thiers

The location is good for touring, just outside Thiers. Great if you are touring but certainly a step above usual one stop autoroute properties. the food is pricey but worth it!

Great hotel to stop off on a road trip

The restaurant was excellent, had a really great dinner and the child menu was also good without being the usual chicken nugget stuff. Rooms are comfortable, with AC and quiet. Breakfast was also good.

There was a note on the Tesla destination charger saying there was a fixed charge, although I don’t remember if I they charged it in the end, but in general think it should be free or charged per kWh.

Disappointing

The breakfast at this place is simply terrible. No variation, no vegetables, no healthy options at all. TERRIBLE omelette and out-of-can fruits.

I specifically ordered a large double bed - instead I got two single beds. The rooms are OLD and do not correspond to the price this hotel is charging. What you get is not worth your money.
