Staff friendly, food mediocre but the passion fruit juice was excellent.

Breakfast is same junk every day, customer service was terrible except for one lady at the front desk. Housekeeping was bad, breakfast bad, staff never smiled

Nice hotel but never again. Very well located for the freeway and Palm Springs. Clean room, spacious comfortable bed, decent self serve breakfast. The reason for the 1 star was the mechanical equipment directly outside our bedroom window (room 324) it was that loud it may have well been sat at the end of the bed, I was offered an assistance room which I did decline so the hotel did try and help the only other alternative was to wait around the hotel all day for a room to become available and that was not an option.

The room we checked into upon arrival was left wide open I called front desk to ask about it and it was brushed off and said “housekeeping left it open sorry” ok I get it moving on go to inspect the room as I have a 7 month old baby with me and my husband and just pure disgust pee droops on floor in front of toilet pubic hair around phone and on bed yellow stains all over bedding WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I will endure to make this known as I work in hospitality. We then were moved rooms with a room that smelled extremely bad of cleaning chemicals we then notified front desk and she said to contact who I booked through to get something done so now I HAVE TO TAKE MY TIME TO SITUATE THE HOTELS MISTAKES!? Again I have a 7 month old that I have to feed and situate in the room and we were 2 hours in after check in one problem after another done you say? NO!!! WE WERE ALL WOKEN UP BY THE GUEST UPSTAIRS ABOVE US THROWING STUFF AND STOMPING AND SCREAMING AT 11pm! WE CONTACTED FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID WE WILL CONTACT THEM THEN 30MIN PASS AND IT GOT 1000% WORSE! Never again I will ensure to tell all my friends and family about this incident. I will be uploading all photos attached to my reviews because yes you need ti see it to believe it nowadays I will ensure it is posted to every platform as well.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of food choices. The room was large.

Staff was good and breakfast was great. Noise levels were high as well as crowded. I’d definitely recommend for short stays as they will take care of you

Only issue is our coffee pot didn’t work

Everything was awesome and right next to the golf course which is great if you play golf.

Overall, the hotel is clean, but the lack of soundproofing between rooms was a major issue. I happened to have a very noisy guest next door who was loud late into the night, which caused several sleepless nights. I also found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and not particularly attentive when I raised these concerns.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

I love staying here. Clean, safe and breakfast.

There is a sharp loud whining high pitch sound coming from other side of wall. We have the accessible room due to a cast in a leg. An it’s just such a piercing noise. I had to put my noise reducing ear phones on to not hear it. It’s like the worst hearing test ever in the world. No idea what the bell this noise is. Too late to change rooms but never again!

Staff is awesome. Lili, Christina, Angel, John and Christine are welcoming and helpful.The views are stunning. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The walls are soo think you hear people’s conversations , walking above and snoring. I am a light sleeper and didn’t get much sleep over the two nights I stayed there. Good location and suite was nice.

Lovely beds, spacious room. Delightful warm pool in November which was a lovely surprise as most hotels just don’t go to the trouble of heating their pops to make it easy to swim in November- and it has a really beautiful view of the mountains. Parking very reasonable. Breakfast was fine. 3-4 hot dishes to choose from. A waffle making machine. Different types of bagels and granola and fresh fruit. All clean and well stocked. Will make this our go to in Palm Springs.

There was no hot water, unable to get a hot shower, very disappointing probably will never stay at this brand hotel again. I stayed in one before same thing no hot water. Twice shows me they do it on purpose

All Good at the Hotel. We have a great time the personal very nice and respectful. The girl at the front desk gives us an excellent service.

Room was on the bottom close to the parking lot and a trash can. All we heard was alot of noise. The attendant indicated there was nothing he can do. Indicated it was busy? We been staying there for years and was the 1st bad experience.

Large room with everything we needed. Breakfast was good.
