Staff was courteous. However the toilet was backed up and had to go get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself because maintenance was not available. Receptionist did offer to move us but I was able to get the toilet fixed. Noisy guests banging on doors all hours of the night and running the halls even after we called front desk about it. Fire alarm going off at 5am and was told false alarm when we went down to the lobby. After going back to the room the fire alarm goes off 4 more different times We finally just checked out at 6am. Hadn’t slept at all because of the all the noise. Just had enough

The facility and staff were all good - BUT THE PROBLEM was that there must be NO insulation in the walls between the rooms (at least with the room we had). We could hear the guy in the next room talking in a normal volume on his phone like he was sitting at the desk in our room! Walls are so “thin” that the guy’s snoring actually woke us up at around 2 AM. The guy wasn’t doing anything “wrong “, it’s that the walls are paper thin!

We stayed here and n the past & this time was different. The room was just put together didn’t seem like it was really cleaned before we got there. Just old. The tub drain didn’t not go down so we stood in like 4 inches of water, terrible.

The fire alarm went off 5 times, all hours. We were staying with our fur babies and they were very scared. Coffee bar was subpar, cigarette butts when you walked out the front.

The staff were all very pleasant and friendly but there is definitely a lack of communication between them. I encountered a few issues with my reservation and keys, and some of the counter staff didn’t seem to know how to remedy the situation, so I ended up requesting management to get satisfaction. However, having said all of that, EVERYONE was sincerely polite and kind, the room was awesome and the breakfasts delicious, with lots of variety of food items. I’d stay here again.

The door to our room had a stiff opening due to some of the latch sticking in the jamb. The room was really spare with only one piece of art and industrial carpeting. It was spacious, but the lack of character only added to the empty feel. Our stay was only one night and the staff was really helpful. The morning coffee service was erratic, but things happen.
