Very friendly staff, Jimmy at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful!

Easy to find, close to a mini mart and chain restaurants, the pool was warm and breakfast was good.

The last night our keys stopped working and they had to manually let us into our room, and told us that they would drop off keys once it was fixed. We never got the keys back. Other than that it was great.

Hotel is always fairly clean whenever we stay there.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was fantastic, staff was nice! But this second time, wasn’t the best. The staff was basically rushing us to get out of the pool and was watching us until it was time to close the pool. The toilet didn’t work and the morning of checkout the maids are in the hallway yelling and talking loud at 7 am whenever we were trying to sleep.

They were very accommodating due to why we visited this location.

I didn’t like how I could control the heat or air flow in the room. It was either too hot or too cold. The bed was a little bumpy and made a lot of noise when my bed partner moved. Bathroom needs more counter space as there really wasn’t any.

Wasn’t worth the value in my opinion

The workers were nice and friendly.

Air conditioner was very loud, location was convenient but very loud also. Kids were running up and down the hallway and they did nothing about it.

Great location, excellent value

location near the Tri-State airport is great. There are a few restaurants and a gas station within easy walking distance of the hotel and that was very nice for a weary traveler. Room size was very generous, bed was comfortable, shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, etc) was very nice.

Modest accommodations, but everything you need to be comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the cleaning crew - and the breakfast that they offered was a fine start to the day. The breakfast room was spotless and refreshed immediately when something was running low.

The location, the willingness of the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness. Susan was wonderful and helped with a cooking issue. Andrea was tending the breakfast area. She was very friendly, kept the food filled, cleaned each table immediately after use. The cleanliness was impeccable.

Great time visiting for The Rock The Country Music Festival!

The room was very nice and comfy. Enjoyed the free breakfast very much. Maybe extend it until 10 or 10:30! The swimming pool and hot tub ok, but the water in the pool was cold but I guess that just made the hot tub feel that much better! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Breakfast hours didn't seem long enough considering our stay consisted of over night hours before we could go back to our hotel.

Great location BUT. I’d suggest going up the hill to a different hotel.

It was conveniently located. That’s it.

It was FILTHY. The pool area was disgusting, the hot tub was lined with mold, the vents were so dust covered and rusted they were clogged, it smelled like mildew excessive bleach, and mold, the bulb in the pool was so hot it could burn you. The male working was very direct in a very rude way && it was uncomfortable trying to be in the swimming area because he was like a mall cop watching every move made. It was rather uncomfortable.

I requested a ground level floor, instead I got third floor and directly next door to 6 teens . They were loud and constantly slamming doors. It prevented me from a good night's sleep. The front desk said they couldn’t move them but ask them to be quiet. They were loud and kept slamming doors.

The staff was personable, understanding, and very kind.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor, which the staff later told us use to be the "smoking floor." Mind you were told that we would be charged $250 if we smoked or had any damage to the room. When we got out of the elevator, it smelled heavily of smoke, the hallway was poorly lit, and the carpet felt "squishy." The room we were given had stains on the comforter, hair in the bathroom, and the AC didn't work well on top of the fact that it looked very outdated and broken. After speaking to staff about it, the second room we had the option of taking was on the 3rd floor. Same thing, squishy carpet and poorly lit hallway. There were a few pubic looking hairs on the bed. The dresser drawers were all pulled open, as well as there being hair on the bathroom floor. When I initially spoke to the staff about our first room, there was a man walking around that clearly gave the staff member the creeps. She not only verbally said it to me but also the manager that was there. It felt like it was swept under the rug and to be brushed off. I'm sorry, but with the world now a days, I am there with my kids and don't like feeling like having to watch out for a "creep." The front desk area is being renovated. So the "desk" was relocated to the dining area on one of the tables.
