Overall the stay was ok but I would itbook the same hotel against to the nasty carpet in our room

Location was great and all staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room had a very odd smell. We had to open our window which I don’t like doing at hotels. I struggled with the cleanliness rating because the surfaces & bathroom was clean but the carpet was terrible. It smelled bad & was stained everywhere. That alone makes a room feel unsanitary.

The price did not match what I received

My bed was nice.

Breakfast was disappointing, being on a low carb diet there was nothing for me to eat. When I checked in the girl behind the desk, flat out, lied to me. Another gentleman walked in as a walk-in and his price was way lower than my price that I just booked online. And when I inquired, she was saying a bunch of rumblings and then she said oh it’s because we give a hospital discount. The gentleman happened to mention that he was coming to visit his brother at the hospital. The toilet was broken. I had to lift the cover to flush the toilet because the chain was broke. The carpets were extremely stained. The chair upholstery was falling apart.

The front desk staff on the day we checked out were very pleasant and friendly

We paid way too much for the quality of hotel. There were holes and stains on our curtains that didn't even hang correctly. Stains all over the floors, the lotion bottle was half gone when we arrived and there was a used bottle of shampoo on the top corner of the shower when we got there that proves that the shower was not cleaned properly. The faucet handle to the bathroom sink was disgusting (there was dirt all over it)! We didn't feel it was safe to utilize the hot tub or swimming pool due to the yellowish green color of the water! The bath towels smelled like chlorine.

the pool was down I was not told at booking or until after I paid for the roo.. a pool was one of the options I had picked at booking. the general manager was rude said I didn't have to check in to the hotel. however I wasn't told until after I paid and I didn't want to go thru all that.

Gets The Job Done, Clean, And Nice Staff

The front dest lady was very friendly and helpful as well as the sweet older cleaning lady. The location was close to where I needed to be and they didn't hold us being a bit later against us.

The toilet paper was on the roll underside instead of top side. Honestly, it wasn't bad. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

The room was awful. The comforter on the bed had stains, and mold on the ceiling, the walls were dirty, and the bathroom wallpaper was stapled to the wall. There was hair in the bathtub, and the carpet needed replaced. It had stains all over it.

the carpet was stained, loose tile in the bathroom, pool was closed. breakfast was awful and very minimal. and I was double charged for my room and have yet to be refunded

It was advertised with inside swimming pool and weight room. We checked in, the pool was closed and the only thing in weight room was a treadmill. Very disappointed. The visit was for my granddaughters 16th birthday. The pool was the main reason to rent this facility.

Safe, comfortable and a good value. I would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower had instant hot water and very good water pressure. The small fridge was a plus.

There was no vent/fan in the bathroom, so the mirror and everything else got very wet with steam. The air conditioner took awhile to cool our room down. The furniture was old and worn out. And there was broken grout in the tile floor.
