The location was perfect for shopping on Oxford and Regent Streets. Also walking distance of Theatre district and Piccadilly. The staff were terrific. Highly recommend

Stayed 2 nights at the Resident Soho. For the positives, the location was great. Very centrally located in Soho, close to lots of restaurants and bars and shopping and theatres. That’s where the positives end, unfortunately. The room we were stuck with was in the basement. The fact that there was a window was laughable and almost offensive considering it looked directly at a wall. No view, no light, nothing. The air conditioning at the hotel also didn’t work but instead the room was constantly super hot and made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I would not stay here again.
