Great location. Room was basement level with a window that received light from ground level. Great spot if you plan to be out all day and just crash at night.

Our 6-night stay at The Resident Soho was absolutely wonderful. They are, by far, the most hospitable team we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! Every single member of the front office was incredibly warm and truly made us feel at home. They never failed to greet us, always checked in on what we needed, and were exceptionally sweet to our daughter. Every evening, they went out of their way to ask about our daily tours and activities.
We were so pleasantly surprised and grateful that our room was beautifully made up every single day—coming "home" to a clean space made us so happy. Their restaurant recommendations were always spot on, and we deeply appreciate their flexibility in granting us a late check-out for our late flight. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our family!

Stayed 2 nights at the Resident Soho. For the positives, the location was great. Very centrally located in Soho, close to lots of restaurants and bars and shopping and theatres. That’s where the positives end, unfortunately. The room we were stuck with was in the basement. The fact that there was a window was laughable and almost offensive considering it looked directly at a wall. No view, no light, nothing. The air conditioning at the hotel also didn’t work but instead the room was constantly super hot and made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I would not stay here again.
