My one gripe is that this hotel like many top hotels are now adding on a service charge against the room - this is a nonsense and has to stop. the cost of the room covers off the operations ie cleaning, front desk, concierge dont then add a service charge on top of this - madness and very irritating

I cannot speak highly enough of The Soho Hotel. Myself & my best friend stayed here for a few nights of girl time (and time away from being Mum's). I live in Australia now and she lives in England so our time together is rare but always a blast. From the moment I walked up the alleyway with my bag and the lovely doorman came to meet me to help I knew I was going to live this place. All of the staff were just so amazingly friendly (and to my delight, not snobby considering this is a very fancy hotel). The room was fantastic, the hotel bar (and drinks were amazing). The location ....I could go on. I cannot wait to come visit again. My next trip back home, first thing I'm doing is booking some time here with my Hubby. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
