The room was nice Clean and great AC
The staff some of them were very rude and obviously don’t know how to deal with customers. They are impatient and don’t understand the concept of the customer’s comfort is first! They don’t know how to speak or accommodate using bad words!! Obviously they are not trained to work in hotels maybe they are just students or fresh graduates. On staff member was amazing her name was Nancy…she managed to fix the situation she was very polite and helpful! She should be the manager!
