    We extended our stay at Golden Prince Hotel & Suites for another night, from October 3–4, 2026, and once again, the staff made our experience very convenient. Before booking the extension, I went to the front desk to ask about extending our stay. The staff were very accommodating. I asked if I could book the room online instead of doing a walk-in booking, since the online rate was cheaper, and they were fine with that. My main concern was whether we could stay in our current room rather than go through another check-out and check-in process. Since we were traveling with our baby and toddler, moving all our things to another room would have been quite a hassle. We also had plans during the day and would only be returning to the hotel at night. Initially, I was informed that we might not be able to stay in the same room because it was already booked. However, the staff later came back to us and informed us that they were able to arrange it so we could continue staying in our current room without having to check out and transfer our belongings. I really appreciated the effort they made to accommodate us. It may seem like a small thing, but when you’re traveling with young children, not having to pack everything up and move rooms makes a huge difference. We were also happy to continue staying in what I believe was an upgraded room from the Deluxe Twin room we originally booked, which gave us more comfortable space for our family. Overall, this extension made me appreciate the hotel and its staff even more. They were flexible, accommodating, and genuinely helpful in finding a solution that worked for us. Another reason why Golden Prince remains one of our preferred practical and family-friendly hotels whenever we stay in Cebu.

    The only reason that I will stay here again is that it is very near in Ayala. Nothing more, nothing less. Also, There breakfast is just basic, 5/10 think or just don't include breakfast on your booking.
