    My mother woke up to bites all over her arm. Front desk has been very inefficient in addressing this concern. They haven’t even bothered getting back to us. Very disappointing and worth reporting to the health authorities.

    Seda is synonymous to excellent guest service, attention to detail and a great experience overall. From check in to check out, the experience was seamless. One feedback I can share is that the dinner buffet is just average - expected more out of Misto. But overall, much recommended. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Cebu.

    Seda Ayala Center Cebu: Wonderful Staff, but the Facilities Need Improvement I recently stayed at Seda Ayala Center Cebu, and I would like to share my honest experience. First and foremost, I want to commend the wonderful, kind, and hospitable staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist guests truly stood out during my stay. They are undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest asset. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the facilities. The rooms and bathrooms are noticeably dated, and the towels were old and in need of replacement. For a hotel in such a prime location, I expected better-maintained accommodations. My biggest concern, however, was the presence of mosquitoes inside my hotel room and in the lobby area. I experienced multiple mosquito bites on my arms, fingers, and legs during my stay. This was particularly disappointing, as guests should be able to feel comfortable and protected from pests while staying at a hotel. I brought this concern to the attention of the front desk, and to their credit, the staff took immediate action. I also experienced a clogged bathroom sink, which was promptly addressed when I reported it. What impressed me most was that, despite the shortcomings of the property, the staff consistently demonstrated genuine care, responsiveness, and hospitality. My overall impression: Seda Ayala Center Cebu has an exceptional team of employees working in a facility that is in need of renovation and modernization. The staff deserve a hotel environment that matches the high standard of service they provide. I sincerely hope management will prioritize upgrading the rooms and bathrooms, replacing worn towels, improving plumbing maintenance, and implementing more effective mosquito control measures. Would I stay here again? I would certainly consider returning because of the wonderful staff and convenient location, but I would love to see significant improvements in the facilities first. Thank you to the Seda team for your kindness and hospitality. My feedback is shared constructively, with the hope that future guests will enjoy accommodations as exceptional as the people who work there.
