    I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience wasn’t what we expected. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attitude. We also don’t blame the hotel for the cockroach in our first room it’s nature, and these things can happen. However, it was still an unpleasant experience. We tried to deal with it ourselves, but it kept disappearing, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had quite a few flies as well. It’s possible that the upgraded rooms offer a much better experience, but the standard room didn’t look like the photos. The floor wasn’t properly cleaned, and we found old bottles and hair clips left behind. The bathroom could definitely benefit from some renovation, especially the shower and the bathroom window, which didn’t close properly. In the mornings, the smell coming from the kitchen was also quite strong and reached our room. One thing that was especially disappointing was the air conditioning. The room had a small portable unit that felt more like a fan than an actual air conditioner, and it wasn’t enough to cool the room comfortably. We hope this feedback is helpful, as the staff were genuinely kind, but we feel there are several areas that need improvement.
