    It’s sad. Quest had once become a bright spot in the midst of what had long ago been the short time hotel business in the area. It has good access to Ayala Mall & to business offices in the financial district. It has good access to surrounding resto’s & daily needs. It is no longer. From sticky toilets, to drunk loud bar-girls wandering around the hotel, to old barely functioning aircon, to staff service hampered by non-working elevators, to what surrounds this location after dark- ONLY a budget minded XXX tourist should stay here. If you’re looking for low-rent, BUDGET gay fun, it might be the place for you. Owners have done much to make this a “family stay” hotel. Yet no luxury can outmatch what the area used to be for XXX tourism & what some locals still make it. Do NOT go out from this area after dark with children. Not amenable to handicapped travelers. Parking is “available”, but don’t expect a reserved “PWD place” to be available 24/7, nor expect your PWD spot will not be blocked in by top-floor entitled residents, when you’re needing to get out. My family and I start a “good vs bad” list everywhere we stay. When this location crossed the “10 bad” line, we marked it off our “to stay” list. Sad, but I can’t have insufficient “service-for-rate” interrupting my business & leisure. It’s sad because the facility holds great memories for us, & the location could have a lot more to offer- with a little time & money, attention & training, some effective street policing, and sufficient road & sidewalk maintenance. The 2 bright spots were our helpful guest services guys, & the breakfast… basically anything that was not used at night time. Sad, Quest. We’ve seen you better.
