    This falls for me into the category of normal hotels one books to patch a trip which are comfortable enough but also not a special stay. Excellent: central location; excellent Japanese breakfast Not so excellent: beds are slightly on the hard side, but ok; Bed at the end of the window looking at the door - it is like you have a window but then you don't

    This hotel does not have any king beds, they continue to falsely advertise king beds when all they have are twin beds that they push together. This leaves a very noticeable and uncomfortable seam in the middle of the bed. Unfortunately they lie about the bed type they have and they have no way to fix the mistake once you’re here.

    My recent stay here was, unfortunately, a major disappointment. While the location was convenient for exploring the city, the experience itself was marred by physical discomfort and baffling service issues. The mattress was incredibly thin and far too soft, offering zero support. I tossed and turned all night and woke up each morning with a terrible backache. It genuinely ruined my energy for sightseeing. Even more frustrating was the hotel's policy regarding the in-room fridge. We had purchased yogurt, eggs, and other perishable breakfast items, only to find the fridge had been switched off at the mains every single day upon our return. We lost a significant amount of food because the hotel kept turning it off (presumably to save energy) without any notice or warning. When we asked reception about it, we received no real solution.
